Do I need kitchen fitting experience?
Not necessarily. Some clients will carry out installations; others will focus on sales and manage skilled fitters. We will assess your starting point and identify the practical training or installation arrangements you need. The launch programme does not replace hands-on trade training.
Is this a franchise?
No. You operate under your own business name and branding. There are no ongoing royalties payable to the Academy. You are responsible for running your business and building your customer base.
Can I start alongside my current job?
We can plan around your circumstances, but you will need time for the programme, supplier arrangements, marketing and customer appointments. We will discuss a realistic timetable rather than promise a fixed launch date.
Do I need a showroom?
A showroom is not a requirement of this programme. We can explore a home-based model using samples and customer appointments, subject to your practical needs and circumstances.
Will you provide customers or guaranteed earnings?
The programme includes marketing planning and sales guidance. It does not include a guaranteed supply of leads, customers, income or profit. Your results depend on your market, execution, costs and the time you invest.
What does the website package include?
A website customised to your business, brand, services and area. The page count, features, revision rounds, ownership and handover arrangements will be set out in your proposal. Domain, hosting, maintenance and later changes will be identified separately.
Does the programme include spraying?
The core launch programme focuses on replacement kitchen doors and worktops. If you want to offer spraying, we can discuss a separate scope for the commercial guidance and practical training required.
What happens after the first year?
The included mentoring ends 12 months after your agreed start date. You can discuss optional paid support if you would like to continue. There is no obligation to renew.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
Territory exclusivity is not included in the draft programme. We will discuss your location and any potential overlap openly before you enrol.
